Vishnu Panch Ayudha Stotram Begins

Suradvisam prana vinashi vishnos chakram sada aham sharanam prapadye
Blazing like the fire of a thousand flames,
Brilliant with the radiance of millions of suns,
Destroyer of the life force of the enemies of the gods,
I seek refuge in the discus of Vishnu.
Tam panchajanyam shashi koti shubhram shankham sada aham sharanam prapadye
Filled with the breath arising from Vishnu’s mouth,
Whose sound shatters the pride of the demons,
White as the radiance of millions of moons,
I take refuge in the conch Panchajanya.
Vaikuntha vama agra kara abhimrishtam gadam sada aham sharanam prapadye
Golden in radiance and strong as Mount Meru,
The Kaumodaki that destroys the race of demons,
Held firmly in the left hand of Vaikuntha,
I take refuge in that mighty mace.
Tam nandakam nama hareh pradiptam khadgam sada aham sharanam prapadye
Sever of the fierce throats of demons and asuras,
Forever dripping with blood and deadly fluid streams,
The blazing sword named Nandaka of the Lord,
I take refuge in it.
Bhavanti daitya ashani banavalli sharngam sada aham sharanam prapadye
Whose knowledge-filled sound and hearing,
Instantly frees the minds of the gods from fear,
The vine of arrows that destroy demons,
I always take refuge in that Sharnga.
Samastadukhanibhyani sadya papani nashyanti sukhani santi
Whoever recites the hymn of the five great weapons of Hari,
Every morning without fail,
All their sorrows and fears vanish immediately,
Sins are destroyed and happiness prevails.

In forests, amidst enemies, water, and fire,
During sudden accidents and great dangers,
One who recites this hymn remains undisturbed,
And becomes happy and fully protected.
Peetambaram kaustubh vatsalaanchitam
Shriya sametojjvalashobhitangam

Who bears the discus, conch, mace, and sword,
Dressed in yellow robes, adorned by Kaustubha gem,
Glorious and radiant, accompanied by Shri (Lakshmi),
I always seek refuge in Vishnu.
