Braahmeen cha Vaishnaveem Bhadraam Shadbhujam cha Chaturmukhaam
Trinetraam cha Trishoolam Padmachakragadaadhaarām ॥ 1 ॥

The goddess Siddhalakshmi is Brahmi, Vaishnavi, and Bhadra in form. She has six arms and four faces, is endowed with three eyes, and holds a trident, lotus, discus, and mace in her hands.

Peetambaradhaaram Devim Nanaalankaara Bhooshitaam
Tejahpunjadharam Shreshtḥham Dhyayed Baal Kumaarikaam ॥ 2 ॥

She wears yellow garments and is adorned with many ornaments. She shines brilliantly with radiance. The seeker should meditate upon her as a youthful maiden.

Omkaara Lakshmīrūpeṇa Viṣṇor Hṛdayam Avyayam ।
Viṣṇumānandamadhyasthaṁ Hrīṁkāra Bīja Rūpiṇī ॥ 3 ॥

The goddess is Lakshmi in the form of Omkara. She abides in the eternal heart of Vishnu. She dwells in the form of the bliss of Vishnu, in the center, and is the embodiment of the seed mantra ‘Hreem’.

Om Klīṁ Amṛtānanda Bhadre Sadya Ānanda Dāyinī ।
Om Śrīṁ Daitya Bhakṣaradāṁ Śaktimālinī Śatrumardinī ॥ 4 ॥

O Blissful Amritānanda, Bhadre! You are the giver of instant bliss. O goddess Siddhilakshmi, you are the destroyer of demons, the wielder of power, and the annihilator of enemies.

Tejahprakāśinī devī varadā śubhakāriṇī ।
Brāhmī cha vaiṣṇavī bhadrā kālikā raktaśāmbhavī ॥ 5 ॥

You are the ever-radiating goddess who bestows boons and brings auspiciousness. You assume the forms of Brahmi, Vaishnavi, Bhadra, Kalika, and Red-Shambhavi, and protect the world.

ākārabraḥmarūpeṇa ōṃkāraṃ viṣṇumavyayam ।
siddhilakṣmi paralakṣmi lakṣyalakṣmi namōstute

You take the form of primal Brahman in Omkara, dwelling in the imperishable Vishnu. O Siddhilakshmi! You are the supreme Lakshmi and the goal of all Lakshmis. I bow to you.

Suryakoti pratikāśaṁ candrakoti samaprabham ।
Tanmadhye nikare sūkṣmaṁ brahmarūpavyavasthitam ॥ 7 ॥

The goddess’s form is radiant like a crore of suns and cool with the light of a crore of moons. In the midst of that divine light, she resides in the subtle form of Brahman.

Om kāra paramānandaṁ kriyate sukhasampadā ।
Sarvamaṅgalamāṅgalye śive sarvārthasādhike ॥ 8 ॥

She is the supreme bliss of the Om sound, the giver of happiness and prosperity. O auspicious one, O Shiva, you are the embodiment of all auspiciousness, the fulfiller of all objectives, and the giver of true welfare.

Tritiye Kamala Proktā Chaturthe Surasundari ॥

In the first form, the Goddess is Tryambaka Gauri, in the second, Vaishnavi, in the third, Kamala, and in the fourth, Surasundari.

Panchame Vishnupatni Cha Shashthe Cha Vaishnavi Tathaa ।
Saptame Cha Varāroha Ashtame Varadāyini ॥

In the fifth form, she is Vishnupatni; in the sixth, Vaishnavi; in the seventh, Vararoha (one adorned with great beauty); and in the eighth, Varadayini (the giver of boons).

Navame Khadgatrishula Dashame Devadevata
Ekadashe Siddhilakshmirdvadashhe Lalitatmika ॥ 11 ॥

In the ninth form, she is the bearer of the sword and trident. In the tenth, she is the god of gods. In the eleventh, she is Siddhilakshmi, and in the twelfth, she is known as Lalitatmika.

Etat Stotram Pathantas Tvam Stuvanti Bhuvi Manavah
Sarvopadravamuktaste Natra Karya Vicharana

Those who recite this hymn and praise you on earth are freed from all troubles and afflictions. There is no need for any doubt or inquiry for this.

Ekamāsam Dvimāsam vā Trimāsam cha Chaturthakam
Panchamāsam cha Shanmāsam Trikālam yah Pathennarah ॥ 13 ॥

A person who recites this stotra daily for one, two, three, four, five, or six months, thrice daily (morning, noon, evening)—

Brāhmaṇāḥ kleśato duḥkha daridrā bhayapīḍitāḥ
Janmāntarasahasreṣu mucyante sarvakleśataḥ ॥ 14 ॥

Such Brahmins or practitioners who are afflicted by suffering, poverty, and fear are freed from all accumulated sufferings of thousands of lifetimes.

Alakshmir labhate Lakshmimaputrah Putram uttamam ।
Dhanyam yashasyamayushyam Vahnichaurabhayeshhu cha ॥

One who lacks Lakshmi attains Lakshmi. One who has no son gets a noble son. He obtains wealth, fame, longevity and is protected from fire and thieves.

Shakinibhutavetal sarvavyadhinipatak ।
Rajadvare mahaghore sangrame ripusankate ॥

This stotra protects from evil spirits like Shakini, Bhut, Vetal and eradicates all kinds of diseases. It protects the devotee even at the palace’s inaccessible gates, in fierce battlefields, and from enemy dangers.

Sabhāsthāne śmaśāne cha kārāgehāribandhane ।
Aśeṣabhayasamprāptau siddhilakṣmīṁ japennarah ॥ 17 ॥

In the assembly halls, cremation grounds, prisons, or in bondage, or when faced with countless fears, if the practitioner chants Siddhilakshmi, he gets freed from all troubles.

Īśvareṇa kṛtaṁ stotraṁ prāṇināṁ hitakāraṇam ।
Stuvanti brāhmaṇā nityaṁ dāridryaṁ na cha vardhate

This hymn is composed by God for the benefit of all living beings. Those Brahmins or practitioners who recite it daily never suffer an increase in poverty.

Śvete cāśvayute Vṛṣe ca Yugale Yajñe ca Yūpasthite

The goddess Shri resides in the lotus forest, on the branches of the Kadamba tree, in royal palaces, on elephants, among pairs of white horses, near the sacred Yajna pole, in conchs, temples, palaces, on the banks of the Ganges, and in Gokul. May she always reside steadfastly in my home and bestow her blessings.

|| Iti Śrībrahmāṇḍapurāṇe Īśvaraviṣṇusaṁvāde Dāridryanāśanaṁ Siddhilakṣmīstotraṁ Sampūrṇam ||

Thus ends the Siddhilakshmi Stotra, which was described in the dialogue of Lord Shiva and Vishnu in the Brahmanda Purana as the remover of poverty and miseries.
